Application of Industry:

1. Ambient temp.:-5~+45'C 2. Room Temp.:-25'C 3. Humidity:70~95%RH 4. Copenland compressor mortuary cold room is applied to store bodies and its room temperature is designed to be -20C~45'C, the room humidity is designed 70~95%RH. The condensing temperature is +45'C, this cold storage can be suitable for the location where the ambient temperature is high.
The main equipments and materials:
a. Refrigeration system:
a.1 Compressor: Copeland,
a.2 Condensing units: air cooler.
a.3 Evaporator: air cooler.
a.4 Refrigerant: R22 or R404a is available.
b. Electric controlling system: Schneider electric components, digital display for temperature setting and reading, automatic and manual control, warning light for running failure.
c. PU Insulation panel, cold store panels:
c.1 Material: polyurethane (PU), metal sheet.
c.2 Density of PU: 40~42kg/m3
c.3 Metal sheet: 0.421mm white painted steel sheet
c.4 Thickness of panel: 150mm
d. Cold store door, air curtain machine, lighting:
d.1 Sliding door, manual opening and closing.
d.2 When door is opened, the air curtain machine and lights in cold storage can be running automatically.
